Description

The AA-2.5 RVE Series is our newest line up for subwoofers and all built in house. The AA-2.5 RVE was designed for 500w rms per driver. The lead wires are formed into the spider layers which further enhances durability and eliminates lead slap/breakage problems. The frame is cast aluminum with a sandblasted, powder coat finish. A large 2.5” copper coil in the motor reduces energy storage from inductance, with the side benefit of lowering distortion for “faster” response.

    Ok so this is my 3rd installment of of these subs! I originally bought 2 then bought 2 more and a quad D4S enclosure and was amazed at the sound quality and air these little subs move! I just hit up JP to build me an 8 sub enclosure and bought 4 more of these subs! I can’t wait for the D4S enclosure that houses these 8 ampere audio 6.5 subs I know I will be blown away by what 8 of these subs will do! Don’t be intimidated by how small these subs are be blown away at how much volume they make !

    I originally purchased 2 of these then I decided to get a down4sound quad enclosure and 2 more of these 6.5 subs. I have never heard such small subs hit the lows that these hit they move air and flex my car like subs that are much bigger I would suggest these subs to anyone that wants great sounding & feeling bass!

    Huge bass small package

    The one thing that comes to mind when talking about these ampere 6.5 subs is down right unbelievable ! The amount of bass that comes from these subs you would assume that at minimum a 10 inch sub was playing however 2 of these in a slot ported 1.2 cubic foot box tuned to around 36 hz is throwing out bass notes that you would expect to hear from 15 inch subs . The lows are just mind blowing then you look and see these cute little bass monsters and just think like how does all this bass come from these small woofers? These are Great subs ! I would recommend Ampere 6.5 subs to anyone looking for deep bass that shakes everything in a small enclosure!
