The Skar Audio EVL-15 D4 15-inch dual 4-ohm subwoofer redefines the concept of low-end sound reproduction. The engineering that went into developing the EVL series is simply amazing, and it shows in the sound quality and performance that this subwoofer demonstrates. The EVL-15 can deliver incredibly accurate and powerful bass, due to a variety of unique, advanced design features that put this subwoofer in a class of its own.

Conservatively rated at 2,500 watts peak power, the EVL-15 D4 features a massive high flux, double stack ferrite motor structure - which delivers the driving force behind the tremoring lows this subwoofer can produce. Combine the motor with the black coated 3" high temperature voice coil of this driver, as well as the advanced air flow cooling design of the basket, and it quickly becomes evident why this woofer is capable of being played at the highest levels of output for hours on end.

Furthermore, the high roll foam surround incorporated into the design of this subwoofer is one of the reasons it can produce those ultra-low-end frequencies with such responsiveness. The suspension design of this subwoofer features the EVL's signature red, single damper, two-layer spider - which connects to the coil former with premium stitched lead wires. All these incredible features make this EVL subwoofer the unequivocal choice when looking for a high-quality car subwoofer.

    I purchased 2 15" skar audio evl's along side the skar rp2000.1 I've got to be honest once I built my custom ported box I had no idea what I was missing they sound beautiful.My whole ford expidition vibrates and damn near takes your breath away you can float a bag on the window though.Absolutely love them plan on 2 more with an amp upgrade thank JP as usual you came through and made my day.

    Would be 5 but mine were messed up

    Ordered 2 evl 15s and one had a messed up dust cap. Other then that I had recieved them very fast and the customer service was awesome. If I didnt have to send my subs back to skar because of the cap I would definitely have given 5 stars.

    This is the most I have ever spent on a singlw woofer and I will with out a doubt do it again if its skar! Hands down the best speaker I have ever owned. Hits lows and carrys fast enough ro keep up with double bass in metal songs.

    Best price for an Awesome Sub

    I bought 2 Skar Audio EVL 15's (dual 4 ohm wired to 1) powered by Rockford Fosgate t1500.1bd. I love them!!! The speakers themselves looks to be built like a competition subwoofer- comparing them to my recent alpine type R's they were the same price but handled twice the power. The response from the subs are amazing. I spent about 2 weeks breaking them in and have just now started pushing them hard. So far so good. I would highly recommend buying these subs especially if you are on a budget but want a high power sub. Also, there is a down4sound difference. I had my subs 2 days after placing the order. I was sent a voltmeter, shirt, sticker, and a sucker (my daughter enjoyed) Very fast response, shipping, and best prices I could find for these subs comparing to ebay, amazon, skar, and other market places. Definitely buy from Down4soundshop.com I will surely make another purchase in the future.
