    What can i say. This man talks about his customer service and speedy delivery. Ordered wire kit for sons car on Saturday night around 9pm er, got email 1hr later says shipped. No way tracking info says arriving Tuesday WRONG. Arrives Las Vegas to Illinois on Monday afternoon, with in 48 hrs of weekend order placed. He is definitely a man of word, keep it real JP and crew at DOWN4SOUND SHOP. Just waiting to order my new subs from you.

    When I ordered this for my girlfriend for Christmas, the CCA kit was out of stock. JP called my cell phone and left me a voice message about upgrading to the OFC kit. He also sent me a message on downforsoundshop account. I called him back and approved it. He discounted me a portion. When I got the order it had 3 stickers and sucker. Customer service you can’t beat!
