Your new Down4Sound product is covered by 1 limited warranty if purchased from Down4Sound or an authorized Down4Sound dealer. This warranty does not cover improper installation, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, improper wiring, operation of unit outside of listed specifications, or any product that has been modified or repaired by anyone other than Down4Sound. Your warranty covers defects in materials and/or workmanship ONLY and is not an insurance policy. The warranty only covers the original owner of the amplifier.
All warranty returns must be accompanied by the original sales invoice or receipt. You must contact us to request an RMA number prior to sending any returns via the RMA request form on our website. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your product back to us for warranty examination. If your product is covered under warranty, shipping back to you will be at no charge to you – if your product is replaced/repaired outside of warranty you must pay for return shipping and repair bill prior returning of the product or if no defect is found you are required to pay for return shipping only.
At the sole discretion of Down4Sound your product will be either repaired or replaced when it is being covered under warranty. In the event of shipping damage due to improper packaging on products being returned to Down4Sound the customer is liable for the cost of all damages, necessary repairs, or replacement. Be sure to properly pack your return!

Pair 13.2
I began the process of shopping for SQL amplifiers for my project truck. I exchanged emails and a phone call with customer support and their responses were timely and friendly, answering my questions. I discovered the JP 13.2's on sale, crunched numbers and purchased a pair. Virtually every experience with dealing with D4S has been excellent and easy which is a rarity these days with cuts other companies have made. I feel more like a friend than a customer and will continue being a customer and recommend D4S to all my friends. As far as the amps are concerned, they shipped and arrived quickly, carefully multiboxed and secure. I've owned many amplifiers from well known companies and budget sellers. These amps are well featured and high quality.

Immediate difference in sound
Amp#98 Replaced my Kicker CXA1800.1 and TopstrongGear TSG-1100.D with the JP13.2AB testing different configurations in 2001 Jeep TJ. Running two 750watt Kicker 12"LS7 solobarics in Kicker ported box at 2ohm and on channel 2, two kicker 12" 500 watts in sealed box at 1 ohm. (originally powered with 1000wrms class D monoblock. 2 ohm ported box not really utilizing amps power, but the sound quality difference was instantly noticeable. Only way to explain the sound is that it is tighter, clearer, fuller. Just ran it straight for only about 30 mins, but i'm very excited to try different configuration and upgrade eventually to a set of Kicker 12" Q class in a sealed box at one ohm. If only this amp had a .5 ohm warranty for purchase. I'm stuck with the 12" LS7's in a 2 ohm dvc...so I'm stuck at 2ohm for now. I could almost swear the that my six 6.5' DS-18's sounded better when I changed the sub amps to the JP13.2 AB. They are being run on a JP234 two fronts at 8ohm each and the four in the sound bar in 2ohm parallel left and right sets. Amp is mounted behind sound bar on the rollbar so when looking up you can see the clear bottom. Need to add some LED lights in there for oohs and awes.
