Why JP 23 AMP V1.5 BLACK?
For unparalleled audio clarity and power. Elevate your auditory experience. When only the best will do, choose JP 23 AMP V1.5. Your passion for sound deserves nothing less.

Amplifier Dyno Sheets:

Amplifier Dyno Numbers are an Idea of power you'll be getting from the amplifier. The JP23 above rated above power the two testers; that's a plus; most music is played at about clipping, so the uncertified test numbers are significant as bass tuned setups today are played to about clipping anyways. We highly recommend 14.4v - 14.7 volts to get the most from this amplifier; 14.4 is okay, but if you're trying to JAM 14.8v. Install the JP23 and Hear the music :-)

    Super solid amp

Posted by Matt Townsend on Mar 31, 2024

I’ve been using my JP23v1.5 for about a month now and have been very happy with it. The black anodized heat sink looks great and matching bass knob is a nice touch. The voltmeter, temp, and clip indicator make it easy to keep tabs on what the amp is doing in real time which is a great upgrade from most mono amps remote knob. The clear polycarbonate bottom panel is another nice touch that makes it possible to display the inner workings if desired. In the process of building a custom 6th order enclosure for my 2-12” EMF Lowballers which will incorporate a clear polycarbonate viewing panel with backlit LED’s so currently in the process of figuring out how to also display the amp’s clear panel with the enclosure’s clear panel without mounting the amp to the box for vibration purposes. Lastly the JP23v1.5 pulls a healthy amount of current and am running a 300a alternator with a D4S 500 farad supercap bank and big 3 and my voltage will still drop to 12.3 at full tilt. Only running stock battery under the hood so I plan to add a 16ah headway battery bank to the existing battery to try and keep my voltage from dropping below mid 13’s and feed the amp what it wants powerwise. Also running 2 Linear Power 952iq’s on mids and highs and adding another Linear Power 652iq for d pillar Sundown SA 2.75FR’s. These are class AB amps that aren’t the most efficient SQ amps but their black anodized heat sinks match my new JP23’s really well with its throwback style heat sink design. The JP23v1.5 is meeting or surpassing all my expectations so far and I’m very happy with it’s looks and its performance.
