Your new Down4Sound product is covered by 1 limited warranty if purchased from Down4Sound or an authorized Down4Sound dealer. This warranty does not cover improper installation, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, improper wiring, operation of unit outside of listed specifications, or any product that has been modified or repaired by anyone other than Down4Sound. Your warranty covers defects in materials and/or workmanship ONLY and is not an insurance policy. The warranty only covers the original owner of the amplifier.
All warranty returns must be accompanied by the original sales invoice or receipt. You must contact us to request an RMA number prior to sending any returns via the RMA request form on our website. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your product back to us for warranty examination. If your product is covered under warranty, shipping back to you will be at no charge to you – if your product is replaced/repaired outside of warranty you must pay for return shipping and repair bill prior returning of the product or if no defect is found you are required to pay for return shipping only.
At the sole discretion of Down4Sound your product will be either repaired or replaced when it is being covered under warranty. In the event of shipping damage due to improper packaging on products being returned to Down4Sound the customer is liable for the cost of all damages, necessary repairs, or replacement. Be sure to properly pack your return!

Best Budget Amp On The Market
By far the best amp for under 350$ I got mines on sale for $250 with it being paired to ad4s lto battery and a B2 audio Rage 15 tuned to 35 it's nasty!

Good upgrade
I had gotten this amp to pair up with my 12" dual 2ohm blackbrick audio brickhouse sub. The sub is a monster. Rated at 3krms with a 4" 8 layer coil. I had a cheap rockville dbcomp4 pushing it for about a month and it just wasn't cutting it for me. The rockville amp was for another build in a different car that had a CT Sounds exo dual 1ohm sub. The ct sounds also had a huge 4" coil but 4 layers. Still no slouch of a sub at 3krms. Had it hooked up down to half ohm on the rockville amp and it was doing it's job perfectly and sounded damn good. Anyways. I ended using the rockville for the blackbrick audio sub and it sounded no where near as good or loud as it did for the ct sounds sub. I had my jp23 v2 sitting around for another build but decided I wanted more power for the sub so I hooked it up and man oh man was it huge upgrade from that dbcomp4 amp. The blackbrick audio sub finally came to life and is finally getting some decent movement and sounding good at the same time. So happy I swapped the amps cause I love how it sounds and love the way it looks. Plus the amp is so much smaller compared to that dbcomp4. I plan on getting the jp33 for my subwoofer cause ik it can take a lit more power and gonna get a bigger box built for it as well. Thanks D4S for this awesome amp. Really made my day today when I finally hooked it up.dont sleep on this amp cause it is a beast for sure and looks & feels quality for sure.

I got the amp on the 31st and hooked it up to 2 SA15v2s. It don’t seem and powerful as advertised. I hope they didn’t cross up the guts to a smaller amp in the one I got. I should’ve been beating the brakes off my Lincoln Town Car trunk.

I had the Kicker CXA1800.1 on two L7 12s in the hatch of my 2023 Honda Civic and decided to step up to more power. After watching a few videos and some dyno tests I decided to go with the JP23. This thing is a Beast! Now I'm seriously thinking about upgrading my L7s. I am very satisfied with this amp and will definitely recommend to all. (2023 Honda Civic Sport Touring Hatchback with 220 amp H.O. alternator and big 3 upgrade)
