Warranty Information

Your new Down4Sound product is covered by 1 limited warranty if purchased from Down4Sound or an authorized Down4Sound dealer. This warranty does not cover improper installation, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, improper wiring, operation of unit outside of listed specifications, or any product that has been modified or repaired by anyone other than Down4Sound. Your warranty covers defects in materials and/or workmanship ONLY and is not an insurance policy. The warranty only covers the original owner of the amplifier.

All warranty returns must be accompanied by the original sales invoice or receipt. You must contact us to request an RMA number prior to sending any returns via the RMA request form on our website. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your product back to us for warranty examination. If your product is covered under warranty, shipping back to you will be at no charge to you – if your product is replaced/repaired outside of warranty you must pay for return shipping and repair bill prior returning of the product or if no defect is found you are required to pay for return shipping only.

At the sole discretion of Down4Sound your product will be either repaired or replaced when it is being covered under warranty. In the event of shipping damage due to improper packaging on products being returned to Down4Sound the customer is liable for the cost of all damages, necessary repairs, or replacement. Be sure to properly pack your return!

*  Extended additional warranty purchased on amplifiers take in affect from the date of purchase and must also be stated on orginal sales invoice or receipt.

    Awesome amp! Have it on my highs and mids! Kicks butt and takes names! Will be getting a second one for my 6.5 stack that are D4S mids ?

    Great for stunt wall speakers

    Used this to power two stunt wall portable 3 way 8 ohm speakers. Even at 8 ohm it was dishing out 300 watts and enough to be heard half a mile away in a mountain top.

    Ive had this amp for a few years now and i guess i forgot that it packed such a punch. its running a set of punch 3.5" coaxes and a set of 6.5" pioneer coaxes up in the front of my 88 fox body. I have taken for granted how awesome the front sounds all the time that i had basically just put it out of mind. The car is stupidly loud too, so i think a great deal of how awesome it sounds is lost there too. I notice it the most at stop lights and so forth lol all anecdotal garbage aside, its a f**king beast and for fronts and rears, very hard to beat this bad boy

    Previously I wrote a 1 star review due to this amp making alot of noise/static after using it for only a few weeks.... I assumed they would not make it right and chalked it up as a lesson learned... Well, yesterday a brand new amp showed up at my door step. No question asked, no paperwork, no warranty card, brand new replacement! That folks is class A customer service!! New amp works like a charm!! Down4sound has my respect and my future business!

    Great sounding amp for highs and mids. I recommend it! I have the JP43 on 3 12's and it matches up superb.

    I thought it’s was smaller but it fit in my motorcycle saddlebag with 2x prv 6x9 250 rms and 2x ds18 6x9 275 rms plenty of power in one amplifier. I had a cheaper amplifier before this and the whole time it was clipping just to get them any kinda loud. And it all sounded like crap. Definitely happy with Down4Sound JP234.
