Down4sound PRO-FAB 2 6.5 | 2 6.5 Sub Box | Dual 6.5-Inch Ported Subwoofer Enclosure Box

I just want to start off by saying I never buy premaid enclousers for any of my subs. I always take the time and effort to make my own. About a year ago i had got this box from a friend im a trade and since i had two CT Sounds meso 6.5's i figured id just throw them in and see how they sound. I ran them @ 4ohms off a ct 1500.1 amp and Holy crap ive never heard 6.5's get down like that! So it got me thinking since im building a new set up in my 14 dcab tacoma , ill buy another box and run 4 6.5's mesos behind my rear seats. Im running them @2ohms and these things shake my truck crazy! Im so impressed by this premade box i cant believe it. Def worth buying instead of the time and effort it takes to build one yourself.

This is as good as a pre fab gets for the money. I am running two Sundown SA6 5 subs on 300 watts and this box brings them to life. They will play down to 24hz before they roll way off. They peak around 40hz in my vehicle. A very musical combination. Fit and finish is excellent and shipping was fast.

I received this box today and it is well built. I put two crossfire C5 6.5 D2 subs in this box and they play low and deep. I am very pleased with this box. Thanks JP.

Was at a local audio shop and got 2 DB WDX 6.5 G2’s for a deal deal. Planned on reselling the subs. Never had 6.5 subs before so didn’t think much of them. Got curious and bought this box because of the price and tuning. Hooked them up to a Rockford prime 1200.1 at 1 ohm and holy cow am I impressed. Mostly with how well it hits lows. I was playing test tones down to 20hz and this box was hitting it. Really like how there is only 1 terminal. I noticed in the other reviews that some people were saying the cut outs were too close together so they were having to adjust everything. Down 4 sound must have heard and acknowledged because I did not have that problem whatsoever. Cut out were perfectly spaced. In the end, I am super impressed with this box. The decal on top is really impressive as well. Nothing can even compare for the price. This is a $300 box in my opinion. Extremely dynamic and I cannot emphasize enough how well it hits lows. Sounds better than most prefabs made for subs twice its size. My car actually flexes with this box. If you have a pair of 6.5’s and you are box hunting, Throw in the towel because your hunt is over. This is a no-brainer.

I put 2 Rogue vandals in this box. Haven’t turned it up, still breaking them in. But let me tell you. This box is best pre made I’ve ever had. Turned some 6.5s into 10s lol. Spot on down for sound. Spot on.

Ordered this box for two EVL65'S I have and am very impressed with its output. I'm a preferred low note player and this hits the spot. I'm sure I'll upgrade to more powerful drivers and I know I'll be evern more impressed with this box! Won't be my last profab from D4S!

I had some Tang Band W6's in small 0.1 cube sealed boxes due to space constraints. The sound was fast and punchy, which I assumed that's how a 6.5" sub was supposed to sound like. I was wrong. In this box, these things sound like a 10". I love the bass extension and rumble, no one believes there are 6.5" subs in the back. Based on previous reviews I was worried the speaker holes would be too close. But the box I received has 2.5" edge-to-edge distance between the holes, so there are absolutely no fitment issues at all. Build quality is excellent. No leaks and the bed liner finish on the outside feels really premium. I like the spring terminal cups too. I've tried other prefab boxes in the past but this is a clear step up from the rest. If I ever need another prefab box I will definitely look here first.

Let me start by saying I bought 1 of these in 2021 for 2 sav2 12’s and loved it and still using it,so when I got my 6.5 sundown subs I had to get one of these boxes,again,I love it.It’s well built and the liner on the outside makes it even better.The internal volume is actually over double what I need so that means I can go get stronger subs now lol.Verry happy and recommend this box (or any other of the prefabs)

This enclosure built to a high quality and looks great too! Great deep bass!! The only I have to say the was some port noise. Other than that, Great enclosure!
