NEW v2 Prefab aka PROFAB single 12 kerf ported sub box enclosure is made from top-of-the-line materials that are designed to withstand even the most intense vibrations and frequencies. The birch wood construction and double baffling ensure that your subwoofer is mounted securely and safely, while the thick 4x poly-armor coating adds an extra layer of protection against scratches, dings, and other types of damage.
Upgraded terminal cup, Unmatched Power and Performance With a maximum pure power rating of 2,500 watts, our PROFAB V2 KERF PORT subwoofer enclosure is capable of delivering some serious bass. Whether you're listening to music, demoing, or just on a long drive jamming, our subwoofer enclosure will provide you with the deep, rich sound that you've been missing. Version 2's Terminal Cup is square and is made from strong ABS plastic and grade 8 nuts and bolts, so you can be sure that your subwoofer is securely attached to the enclosure at all times.
Perfect Fit for Most Subwoofers Our KERF ported box is designed to handle most beginner through intermediate subwoofers up to 45 pounds each with no problems, including the Sundown subwoofers up to the U series. However, some subs may require sanding or widening of the hole cutout to fit, so be sure to check the measurements of your sub and the hole cutout before making a purchase.

Your new Down4Sound product is covered by 1 limited warranty if purchased from Down4Sound or an authorized Down4Sound dealer. This warranty does not cover improper installation, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, improper wiring, operation of unit outside of listed specifications, or any product that has been modified or repaired by anyone other than Down4Sound. Your warranty covers defects in materials and/or workmanship ONLY and is not an insurance policy. The warranty only covers the original owner of the amplifier.
All warranty returns must be accompanied by the original sales invoice or receipt. You must contact us to request an RMA number prior to sending any returns via the RMA request form on our website. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your product back to us for warranty examination. If your product is covered under warranty, shipping back to you will be at no charge to you – if your product is replaced/repaired outside of warranty you must pay for return shipping and repair bill prior returning of the product or if no defect is found you are required to pay for return shipping only.
At the sole discretion of Down4Sound your product will be either repaired or replaced when it is being covered under warranty. In the event of shipping damage due to improper packaging on products being returned to Down4Sound the customer is liable for the cost of all damages, necessary repairs, or replacement. Be sure to properly pack your return!

V2 12in Profab Box
I was a little skeptical about ordering this box but I'm so glad I did because it has the lowest bass I've heard from a single 12in..I have a Rockford Fosgate t0 12 paired with a r1200x1 fosgate amp @ 2ohm pushing about 875 watts in a 72 monte carlo trunk and you would think I have 2 massive 15s in the trunk the way the bass carries and gain is not even set at half mark! Entire system is fosgate with 500x4 on t-series 6x9s ,6.5s, and 3.5s!! The v2 kerf box makes the system come together like a concert no matter what song I play!! Of course I did big 3 wire upgrade along with 2 Optima yellowtop batteries for clean power! Shout out to JP and d4s for this box that came wrapped and secured from damage!!

“Pro fab” box
This box was the first time I ordered a box that my sub didn’t come in and I was really just taking a shot in the dark, all I had to go off of was the 4 reviews on this website. Let me tell you, night and day difference.. I have a skarSVR in it, and the box that the sub came in originally was decent but I felt like it was a little small, and I was looking to go deeper without going up to a 15.. just this box alone made it sound like I upgraded the entire setup, louder, deeper, and even more clean. Hell of a box I would def recommend to anybody looking for something besides ghe prefab your sub came with

Really great sounding box
This box looks and sounds great. Much much better than your average Amazon prefab box, and not much more expensive. Worth every penny

Pro Fab V2
Good wood , lightweight and strong I like the finish on it too - solid low tuned box sounds awesome. Only downside is you have to cut the cutout bigger for most subs. The V1 had a bigger cutout - that’s the only downside - otherwise ya, it’s a double baffle low tuned kerf port that sounds phenomenal with the right sub! I have an ssa zcon 12 in it and it absolutely murders my Tahoe on 1800w. Buy it!

Kerf-Port Box single 12"
What a nice Birch box. The construction is great. The sound is amazing. Tuned property. I put wood sinkers with screws since I don't want to damage or strip the wood.
