    One of the parts was warped and unusable

    I got a defective part in the bag, tried emailing them multiple times with no response. The good parts worked great and fit my wife perfectly, I just wish down4sound would reply to my emails and hopefully replace the defective part

    These are pretty decent, I would prefer if they had a screw down cover on the top
