PSI Car Audio Star Power 5000 Amplifier | PSI-SP-5000

The Star Power 5000 amplifier is a single channel Mono amplifier designed to run at a 1 ohm load and is rated to produce 5000 Watts or more at 14.4V.

Star Power amplifiers are designed to offer better than rated power output capabilities along with the maximum possible reliability. These amplifiers will meet or beat their rated specifications

Star Power amplifiers can be linked together (strapped) so that 2 amplifiers can be combined to run as a single amplifier.

Recommendations:

We recommend using a minimum of 12 AWG speaker cable, 10-8 AWG is preferred.

Do not mount your amplifier to your enclosure. Excess vibrations will cause damage.

Use fuses between the battery and amplifier (recommended 18″ or less from the battery)

We recommend a minimum starting impedance of 0.7 ohms (1 ohm rated load) for maximum reliability
