Warranty Information

Warranty Information

Your new Down4Sound product is covered by 1 limited warranty if purchased from Down4Sound or an authorized Down4Sound dealer. This warranty does not cover improper installation, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, improper wiring, operation of unit outside of listed specifications, or any product that has been modified or repaired by anyone other than Down4Sound. Your warranty covers defects in materials and/or workmanship ONLY and is not an insurance policy. The warranty only covers the original owner of the amplifier.

All warranty returns must be accompanied by the original sales invoice or receipt. You must contact us to request an RMA number prior to sending any returns via the RMA request form on our website. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your product back to us for warranty examination. If your product is covered under warranty, shipping back to you will be at no charge to you – if your product is replaced/repaired outside of warranty you must pay for return shipping and repair bill prior returning of the product or if no defect is found you are required to pay for return shipping only.

At the sole discretion of Down4Sound your product will be either repaired or replaced when it is being covered under warranty. In the event of shipping damage due to improper packaging on products being returned to Down4Sound the customer is liable for the cost of all damages, necessary repairs, or replacement. Be sure to properly pack your return!

*  Extended additional warranty purchased on amplifiers take in affect from the date of purchase and must also be stated on orginal sales invoice or receipt.

    I just received this and man u really get what u pay for even though these are rating low they hit hard and clean .. top quality ill be ordering my next system soon i want to see what type of tax season deals they’ll have lol i want a salt 4 with a nightshade or 2 in my ram i have JS alternator 390 alt and 2 xs power batteries waiting for a salt 4 or 6 to go on sale.. ill be only ordering stuff from here tho even tho its pricey its more worth saving a couple more hundreds for these products

    I just recently purchased this package I'll have to say this is the second time I have used down4sound and I'm pleased to say I'll be buying here ONLY this boundle is perfect I got it in 4 days and installed it the same day it's been about 2 weeks and I've finally had a chance to really crank them the best 15s I've had in a very long I time the Ev4 series is perfect for any pro pro am or beginner only suggestion would to be really build to spec. And you'll be more than happy

    Good deal for loud ass bass

    Was too lazy to design another box after I had just built one for my AB Hawk1244 in my Jeep XJ. I bought these and put them in the Gately Audio dual 12 flat pack in my focus. Fucking slams. P.S. I wish you guys sold AB products

    When I got the system installed only one of the woofers worked and was not able to return it because it was installed and the amp gave out pretty quick it was wired right and I had aftermarket power supplies but wasn’t able to return that either for same reason because it was already installed but other then that the one sub that did work sounded great that’s why I give it 3 stars.

    I had purchased this series and it only took about 1 week for them to get it to me. The only thing is I had hot the upgraded install kit wich I highly recommend and they didnt give me a install kit. I contacted them and they where quick to respond. They had my install kit shipped under fast shipping the next day so I had to wait to more days to connect but it was worth it. I did not expect the amount of bass that came outta these speakers. For the price and brand your getting I would say it's a very good deal.

    Wire at 1Ohm and gently push the limits of these speakers with this amp. They’re underrated, but at 1Ohm this amp can surpass even their limits. Still, awesome bass if you ease up on it just right.
