Sundown Audio NightShade NS v5 12 D1
Sundown's latest and most excellent Nightshade 12 version 5 (NS5) D1 is finally here, still utilizing an upgraded premium 3-inch coil "ultra-high excursion" subwoofer in our lineup. The NSv5 12 features Sundown's custom tooled and patented cast-aluminum frames (US Patent Numbers D691596, D691597, D691598, and D741841). The polished chromed motor helps with heat and gives the nightshade 12 an incredible look. This subwoofer is a monster at a very conservative power rating 3000W RMS.
This improved Nightshade 12 subwoofer will pack more bass, more power handling, and better performance. The Neo magnets are sandwiched between two aluminum plates that meet the air gap along their inner edge. Active cooling on the coil allows for more extended playtime.
When you see extreme bass, you get this subwoofer.

For the serious bass head.
Wow!! This subwoofer is absolutely incredible!!! Once broken in it’s definitely the loudest and lowest sub I have ever heard. Just takes more and more power. It did have a awful rubber smell for about a week, but all and all it’s fantastic

I bought 4 nsv5 12" subs I put them on 2 salt 8k and when I say it's nuts thats a Understand it they hit and drop lower then any sub I have own and I swap them from 4 zv5.they to me are the best subs ever and only at down4sound you can get them at a deal that don't brake the bank

Speechless (because I can’t breathe in my truck anymore)
I put 4 of these in the OCD Nissan. Holy (edited lol). Drove through the lane for fun and played music @ RMS power, no one in it. 158.99 @ 33hz insane demos with people over 160 4 12s low 30hz speechless.. SUNDOWN, D4S, JP y’all take my breath away literally !!!
