Sundown Audio SA 12 SINGLE LOADED VENTED ENCLOSURE

As others have mentioned UPS must drop kick these off there trucks at 60mp. The cardboard box was barely recognizable. The sub was in two pieces. The enclosure was fine it’s seriously a miracle and speaks to the strength of the box. I emailed with pictures and they sent me a new sub. This thing is the best sounding 12” I’ve experienced. Hits hard and deep especially with the right songs. I’m giving 5 stars because honestly they have great customer service and its not their fault ups is bad. To the owners: don’t ship the sub in the box. The magnet weighs a good 20+ pounds. F=MA. Just a one foot drop will be enough force to break the basket on it.

First off the product is great! Absolutely solid box, great combo, great price. What really made me happy was the customer service. UPS didn’t read the word “Fragile” written on the box in 100 places so the first one arrived with some damage. I emailed them and within 10 minutes had a return label, in under 24 hours after shipping the return I already had the replacement!! No other company has ever been so cool.

I ordered this sub and was expecting to install right away. But the sub was damaged during shipping and is completely unusable. That being said I contacted customer support and they already shipped out a new sub as a replacement. I’m only giving it 4 stars due to the inconvenience but other than that I have no complaints. The box seems very solid and I received everything I was expecting

I got Home and could tell from street the box was upside down and damaged. I opened the box on live video and the SA12 was destroyed broken in 2 pieces. They dropped my package

My dad also really liked this set up. So I sold him this . And bought the 2 12s in a box . Can’t wait to get it .

Only giving 4 stars cause I didn’t get my voltage meter

It is a great set up it is the sa classic in the box. The only knock I have is mine came with screw in terminals. spring loaded terminals are nice for you quicker set up but they screw in ones they are work just fine. I hooked this up to a kicker 1200.1 which is 1200 rms and one ohm stable. I personally think it could take more power but this is more then enough power for me.

Bangs very hard im using it as my daily bang in between the show setup I have. It's Loud but no where near the clean sound of my zv5 10. I'm only using this Pro-Fab box because of the size and weight of it works perfect for cruising around with the kiddos and getting groceries and stuff when I'm not needing to bring down the walls around me.

Got this with my prefabricated box/ sa12 classic from ds4 and these are a match made in heaven. Plenty of juice in this tiny amp don't sleep on it!
