Your new Down4Sound product is covered by 1 limited warranty if purchased from Down4Sound or an authorized Down4Sound dealer. This warranty does not cover improper installation, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, improper wiring, operation of unit outside of listed specifications, or any product that has been modified or repaired by anyone other than Down4Sound. Your warranty covers defects in materials and/or workmanship ONLY and is not an insurance policy. The warranty only covers the original owner of the amplifier.
All warranty returns must be accompanied by the original sales invoice or receipt. You must contact us to request an RMA number prior to sending any returns via the RMA request form on our website. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your product back to us for warranty examination. If your product is covered under warranty, shipping back to you will be at no charge to you – if your product is replaced/repaired outside of warranty you must pay for return shipping and repair bill prior returning of the product or if no defect is found you are required to pay for return shipping only.
At the sole discretion of Down4Sound your product will be either repaired or replaced when it is being covered under warranty. In the event of shipping damage due to improper packaging on products being returned to Down4Sound the customer is liable for the cost of all damages, necessary repairs, or replacement. Be sure to properly pack your return!
* Extended additional warranty purchased on amplifiers take in affect from the date of purchase and must also be stated on orginal sales invoice or receipt.

The Jp23/Jp234 combo
It took me a little time to get my subs as I didn't know what to go with but I also didn't want to just toss a 5 star review on an item that I just viewed the Jp23 is pushing 2 12s RF T1D412 1600RMS but they 7are getting every bit of 2300rms which I'm kind of worried that it's going to blow these because I'm getting a popping sound from 8the subs from time to time. It's not clipping so it could be over powering popping sound or the box isn't built to spec either so it could be a few things great amplifier the Jp234 isn't hooked up quite yet but it's going to be just as nice I'm sure of that

Best Amps I e Ever Owned

Amp hits hard and has nice easy to read bass knob. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is cause the bass knob went out on me and kept putting the amp in protection mode. Waiting to hear back if it is something that is warranty or not. Only had the amp 2 months before bass knob went out so would hope I would get a replacement but waiting to hear back. Might think about better bass knob but amp still hits hard with clean sound.

Perfect amount of power
I've been installing car stereos since 1989. These two amps compliment each other perfectly. I have the JP23 running my two 10's and it pounds! The JP234 is running my front and back sets of component speakers. Super clean power Lows and Highs. I love that the bass knob has a volt meter and temperature gauge. These are absolutely gorgeous looking amps! Topped off with JP signature! I highly recommend these amps. I will definitely be using more of these in my next builds.

Made in China
I bought these amps from d4s because I though it has to be American or Korean made because jp wouldn't sell Chinese products without telling people. But no in the end "MADE IN CHINA" printed on the side in blue with a different shade of blue the box color so you don't see unless your looking. I called and expressed my concern of chinese made amplifiers not being what I wanted. I was told they were Korean parts assembled in china because the Korean wait time on assembly was to long. Both amps are Chinese made so I guess this is nothing new at d4s. I also emailed and replied to that they would take it under advisement but no changes in the product description. Like they don't want you to know. The amps are nice and sound great thats why even 2 stars but never again.

Jp23/jp234 combo
They were shipped super fast!!! Delivery was late but definitely not D4S fault at all. I had some questions at first, i think i asked on a Sunday and got a reply extremely quick (for a sunday). The amps are beautifully crafted. Good quality, on the heavy side but i believe that just shows they are pretty well made! I ran them for about 4 hrs straight at about 90% without any issues, no getting overly hot and the sq is pretty on point. Im more into sp over spl. And these suckers did not disappoint! Well done D4S

Beautiful amps that came very fast and secure.
These are some humble beasts to say the least.. Whether or not you're on a budget, if looking for a solid 4 channel and/ or mono block amplifier, these are priced amazingly. Individually as well especially in this Combo Set makes for a easy choice I'd say. Thank you JP and all at D4S doing fantastic work for the audio community.
