Down 4 Sound has adopted a Zero Tolerance Policy to ensure all staff a treated with dignity and respect. |

This means that aggressive or violent behavior towards our staff or any member of the public within our workplace will not be tolerated under any circumstances. |

This includes any behavior that is intended to harm, intimidate, or harass others, whether in person or over the telephone and in e-mails. |

Vendors, Dealers, and Customers who engage in such behavior may have their accounts suspended or terminated and may be prohibited from future access to our products and services. |

Down 4 Sound takes this policy seriously and reserves the right to pursue legal action and involve law enforcement if necessary. This policy applies to all employees, customers, vendors, dealers, and visitors. |
