Your new Down4Sound product is covered by 1 limited warranty if purchased from Down4Sound or an authorized Down4Sound dealer. This warranty does not cover improper installation, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, improper wiring, operation of unit outside of listed specifications, or any product that has been modified or repaired by anyone other than Down4Sound. Your warranty covers defects in materials and/or workmanship ONLY and is not an insurance policy. The warranty only covers the original owner of the amplifier.
All warranty returns must be accompanied by the original sales invoice or receipt. You must contact us to request an RMA number prior to sending any returns via the RMA request form on our website. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your product back to us for warranty examination. If your product is covered under warranty, shipping back to you will be at no charge to you – if your product is replaced/repaired outside of warranty you must pay for return shipping and repair bill prior returning of the product or if no defect is found you are required to pay for return shipping only.
At the sole discretion of Down4Sound your product will be either repaired or replaced when it is being covered under warranty. In the event of shipping damage due to improper packaging on products being returned to Down4Sound the customer is liable for the cost of all damages, necessary repairs, or replacement. Be sure to properly pack your return!

Favorite 2000 watt+ amp I’ve ever owned!
This is by far my favorite amp I’ve ever owned! It puts out an incredible amount of power, and that is not even factoring in how budget friendly it is. It can handle a whole lot, and I LOVE the extensive bass knob it comes with. It’s all completely perfect for my set up. Cosmetically, it is absolutely beautiful too! I love the purple and I love that it has a build in fan, along with clip light, plus the voltage and temp reading on the bass knob as well. It is more than worth the price. Buying this amp is more than just a good deal, it is one of the best choices you can make when shopping for amp. It can really bang when you want it to, and also works amazing as just a daily driver amp. I’m already a repeat customer and will continue to be as long as I’m doing car audio. Great company and products!

My second JP23 only brand R new
Words can’t describe the excitement I felt when I finally got to order this brand new. Of course that feeling was trumped when it was delivered!! You can’t beat the quality of these amps. They are the only amps I am buying from now on! They make great collectibles worthy of a trophy case.

I put this amp in a 21 Chevy Tahoe. I'm pushing to Kicker L7s and I feel like I could run another one on this one amp. Definitely exceeded my expectations!!!

Was absolutely surprised at the sound quality of the amplifier, was expecting it to sound like a old MA audio 4000D amplifier. But this amplifier has soul and I was shocked that you absolutely could hear all the double bass notes being played on my 15 inch subwoofer. Definitely the JP23 is a awesome amplifier for the money! I got started in the late 80s into audio. Head source I'm using is a old school kenwood excelon it has BT DVD W navigation. Tons of features I'll never use 8v presets built in x/over as well. The amplifier is very easy to install and hookup, and it's efficient! Why waist money on something else that you'll never get the power out of for the battery system and charging setup you have.

Running 2 Skar VXF 15 d2 at .5 ohm. Yes under powered but it move these with ease. Gotta have a little juice to power so get a d4s 6.0 lto to run.
