Your new Down4Sound product is covered by 1 limited warranty if purchased from Down4Sound or an authorized Down4Sound dealer. This warranty does not cover improper installation, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, improper wiring, operation of unit outside of listed specifications, or any product that has been modified or repaired by anyone other than Down4Sound. Your warranty covers defects in materials and/or workmanship ONLY and is not an insurance policy. The warranty only covers the original owner of the amplifier.
All warranty returns must be accompanied by the original sales invoice or receipt. You must contact us to request an RMA number prior to sending any returns via the RMA request form on our website. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your product back to us for warranty examination. If your product is covered under warranty, shipping back to you will be at no charge to you – if your product is replaced/repaired outside of warranty you must pay for return shipping and repair bill prior returning of the product or if no defect is found you are required to pay for return shipping only.
At the sole discretion of Down4Sound your product will be either repaired or replaced when it is being covered under warranty. In the event of shipping damage due to improper packaging on products being returned to Down4Sound the customer is liable for the cost of all damages, necessary repairs, or replacement. Be sure to properly pack your return!

This is one bad amp! I actually have two of them strapped at 2ohm. I am extremely pleased and highly impressed. Bass knob is awesome! This is the best amp I've ever owned. They are pushing two 15" U series. Great job D4S this is a killer amp!

Bought this amp as an upgrade from a 1500 mono on a single 18 so far best amp iv had yet wife wants more looks like another amp and another 18 is in my future would definitely recommend and will purchase again in the future

came packaged really well. three different boxes with the outer box packed with stuffing.no flaws or scratches on the amp and it looks beautiful and sounds great. I got it powered way down pushing a Dayton 10 HF at 4 Ohms. completely satisfied

I cannot even begin to express the quality or customer service and price and delivery I have received from Down4SoundShop. The quality of the jp23v2 is amazing yesterday I beat that jp23v2 for 10 solid hours and it preformed like I've never seen before I have it wired to a sundown xv3 12 2d @1ohm and the warmest it got was 101 degrees at like 9 hours but I rolled the windows down and it went back down to about 95 degrees rather quick. The bass knob is the highest quality and it has everything you could ever want to know in real-time volts temp clipping that awesome. I have the wired bass knob "fyi" I just can't get over the quality and performance ov this amp. Excellent job guys your killing it in the car audio game. I ran it full tilt for 10 hours beating it like it owed me money $$ and it never even had any issues at all except its telling me that it could crush at 0.5 ohms but it might not be recommended but they have a great extra 2 year 0.5 ohm warranty so I'm trying to talk to the boss "my wife" lol into letting me get a second sundown xv3v2 so I can hear how amazing this jp23v2 sound at its max. The bench test videos show over 5000 watts @0.5 ohms that is nuts for a 2800 watts. Thet went to the max with all aspects on the stuff they produce I give them 1000% out of a hundred I am a customer for life and turn my friends onto Down4SoundShop and they love it. Best car audio experience I've ever had or seen in my life.
