Apocalypse DB-SA252 D2

I ordered 2 of these subs from Down4Sound audio while I was on vacation in Puerto Rico. I read the reviews on the business and it's practices and felt comfortable enough to purchase the items because there's ALWAYS going to be some disgruntled people who are never happy about anything. I received the subwoofers and let it be known, these were not single boxed, or double boxed, but triple boxed for safe shipping and due to the thickness of the internal corrugated cardboard, it was really like being wrapped 4 times for protection. I unboxed these beasts and installed them in my current Skar box @ 5cu.ft of ported space, gave them a decent amount of break in time and even though my amp at 2ohms only pushes around 1,200 watts, these subs are doing great. Probably after I (TRY TO) beat them up a little bit, I'll upgrade to a .5ohm amp and then rewire them down to a 1/2 ohm, but for now, they're just fine the way they are. Heck, I thought my old school kickers shook my windshield? These are making my dashcam take locked photos because of the flex my windshield is doing now. Excellent product, excellent service from this online provider/shop and I would definitely purchase from them again.

Just installed 4 of these in a D4S Profab box on a Sundown SFB 8000D and let me tell you these things hit harder than my daddy's belt! I'm truly impressed with the quality and power handling of these subs. If you looking for something more budget friendly you cannot go wrong with the Deaf Bonce 25 series 12's!!!

If you considering purchasing these, let me just tell you to do it! I bought 4 and put them in a D4S Pro-fab box on a SFB8000D and they slam HARD!! I understand the name now. "Apocalypse" cause when the bass drops it feels like the world is ending.
