Excellent customer service
I believe that the most important thing in any business is the customer service and I take my hat off to Down4sound, after receiving my Crossfire amplifiers the 1600.D for some reason did not come with the bass knob, I contacted customer service and the next day I had the piece front the door of my house, that's called customer service.

Beast of an amp
This is a Stout C5 series amplifier from Crossfire. The Power ratings are no joke. You can always count on Crossfire to do over Rated. All around Bad ass amplifier. Fantastic design.
