Warranty Information

Your new Down4Sound product is covered by 1 limited warranty if purchased from Down4Sound or an authorized Down4Sound dealer. This warranty does not cover improper installation, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, improper wiring, operation of unit outside of listed specifications, or any product that has been modified or repaired by anyone other than Down4Sound. Your warranty covers defects in materials and/or workmanship ONLY and is not an insurance policy. The warranty only covers the original owner of the amplifier.

All warranty returns must be accompanied by the original sales invoice or receipt. You must contact us to request an RMA number prior to sending any returns via the RMA request form on our website. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your product back to us for warranty examination. If your product is covered under warranty, shipping back to you will be at no charge to you – if your product is replaced/repaired outside of warranty you must pay for return shipping and repair bill prior returning of the product or if no defect is found you are required to pay for return shipping only.

At the sole discretion of Down4Sound your product will be either repaired or replaced when it is being covered under warranty. In the event of shipping damage due to improper packaging on products being returned to Down4Sound the customer is liable for the cost of all damages, necessary repairs, or replacement. Be sure to properly pack your return!

I was pretty surprised when I put them in my ears and cranked up the volume, made me smile real big! Hell yeah! These sound great! I listen to music all day at work I use one bud at a time and they last several hours before I have to put it on the charger and switch sides. This is my second set , The first set still works good but once in a while one side does not connect to the charger I have to clean inside the charging port with a q-tip or something.

These are some very nice full sounding frim the low lows to the highs! The noise canceling is great for when you dont want too here the strange sounds coming from your significant other. It took me a while to get used too the positioning of the in ear buds but finally figured it out for max comfort. Came with charge cable and different size canal fitment plugs, and pairing us awesome, with noise canceling on i get about 2 hours of battery b4 i have too charge them, without noise canceling i get 5 too 6 hours depending on what im listening too. 10 10 great product highly recommended!!!

i bought a set of these earbuds roughly 2 months ago. lasted a week. figured i’d order another set last week, received my new pair today and will not power on, does not light up, does nothing. i messaged them 2 times now and have received nothing back from a few months ago. i recommend if you want to replace after a few days, buy them.

Hands down the best earbuds I have ever owned or heard. Amazing sound quality and clarity at all levels. The bass response, frequency range and volume blow me away every time I use them. I wish I had these 20 years ago. Highly recommend and would definitely purchase again.

I am hearing things in music that were not there with my old headset the sound quality is next level and even have decent bass unlike most ear buds/headsets, the battery life is great 5+ hours on a single charge

I ordered a pair of these, instead Of getting AirPods, simply because I’m a audio head, and I was not disappointed, they shipped fast and sounds amazing, super comfortable, I recommend these over any other headphones or AirPods or products of that nature, can we get some portable speakers? Hands down would buy again.
