Your new Down4Sound product is covered by 1 limited warranty if purchased from Down4Sound or an authorized Down4Sound dealer. This warranty does not cover improper installation, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, improper wiring, operation of unit outside of listed specifications, or any product that has been modified or repaired by anyone other than Down4Sound. Your warranty covers defects in materials and/or workmanship ONLY and is not an insurance policy. The warranty only covers the original owner of the amplifier.
All warranty returns must be accompanied by the original sales invoice or receipt. You must contact us to request an RMA number prior to sending any returns via the RMA request form on our website. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your product back to us for warranty examination. If your product is covered under warranty, shipping back to you will be at no charge to you – if your product is replaced/repaired outside of warranty you must pay for return shipping and repair bill prior returning of the product or if no defect is found you are required to pay for return shipping only.
At the sole discretion of Down4Sound your product will be either repaired or replaced when it is being covered under warranty. In the event of shipping damage due to improper packaging on products being returned to Down4Sound the customer is liable for the cost of all damages, necessary repairs, or replacement. Be sure to properly pack your return!
* Extended additional warranty purchased on amplifiers take in affect from the date of purchase and must also be stated on orginal sales invoice or receipt.

These eat buds have the best bass and sound quality of any I have ever heard.

The right headphones stopped working
Day 2 of using the bassbuds pro and the right headphones quit working it lights up red when I put it into the case but acts like it's not charging other than that they sound great and love the ear fit doesn't hurt my ears after all day use

Best wireless ear buds ever
If you've been on the fence about these ear buds just stop yourself now and buy them. Great sound great quality and it cancels out all of the background noise! Greatest feeling ever not hear your wife bitch and complain in the background anymore! I owe you one Down4Sound good looking out!

Finally! Good gym option!
I bought these hoping they’d be loud enough for the gym and they are! The ones I’ve had in the past could never drowned out the crappy gym music but these babies are loud and clear. On top of all that they fit really well too. Thank you JP for another great offering.

Thay ok but can be better
So I got one of yall new d4s earphones the bass budz pr01 and got to say the bass is there the battery is there the noise canceling is amazing but when I went to call people the enc microphone needs some work on them my friend say how he can hear everything in the back ground as well as my voice and my voice did not come in very clear on them so if you can try to see what you can do about the microphone and thay will be awesome

I’ve had the air pod pros and honestly the bass budz are much better in my opinion when it comes to price and sound quality. The only complaint I have is they could use more power on the mids but the bass and highs sound incredible. Great job again JP! Keep up the great work!!!

A Must Have
I’ve had Apple AirPods and Pros. I’ve had Sony ear buds, but nothing compares to these Bass Budz. 10/10 a need. They fit comfortable, they feel great, and they don’t move around or fall out. They stay snug. I love them. Comfortability 10/10 Price 10/10 Noise cancelling 10/10 (for a set of ear buds) Charging cable 8/10 - wish it was a little longer but love the USB C Design 10/10
