Your new Down4Sound product is covered by 1 limited warranty if purchased from Down4Sound or an authorized Down4Sound dealer. This warranty does not cover improper installation, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, improper wiring, operation of unit outside of listed specifications, or any product that has been modified or repaired by anyone other than Down4Sound. Your warranty covers defects in materials and/or workmanship ONLY and is not an insurance policy. The warranty only covers the original owner of the amplifier.
All warranty returns must be accompanied by the original sales invoice or receipt. You must contact us to request an RMA number prior to sending any returns via the RMA request form on our website. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your product back to us for warranty examination. If your product is covered under warranty, shipping back to you will be at no charge to you – if your product is replaced/repaired outside of warranty you must pay for return shipping and repair bill prior returning of the product or if no defect is found you are required to pay for return shipping only.
At the sole discretion of Down4Sound your product will be either repaired or replaced when it is being covered under warranty. In the event of shipping damage due to improper packaging on products being returned to Down4Sound the customer is liable for the cost of all damages, necessary repairs, or replacement. Be sure to properly pack your return!

JP13 2018 Forester Black edition
What a unit an insane powerhouse. Paired with a sundown U12 at 1 omh this amp 9 o'clock gain will have every window and panel rattling. I did not expect so much power from a small amplifier. Definitely need to upgrade to an AGM or a second battery as it will drop two bolts with easy. Other then the fan sounding like a 2006 desktop I'm super happy!

TONS OF POWER!!!!!
Ok, so to me, the jp8 wasn't enough power. This, this is now TOO MUCH Power for me!!!!( that's ok, I keep my gains low, and use the remote control:) most importantly, I had an issue, SO I was able to send them pics/video of, and D4S IMMEDIATELY shipped me a new amp!!!!! They're the BEST!!!( People please be polite to all D4S employees, and provide proof of any issues, and they'll take care of you!!! Thank you JP, Nick, Sasha? THANKS!!!!?

Awesome compact powerhouse
I picked this amp up because of its smaller size compared to what was using. This amp doesn't disappoint. More than enough power to push my sub setup (Kicker L7) and stays cooler and with less amp draw.

Mono power
So i sold my JP8 to my brother. Upgraded to this so i can run it tobthe same subs at 4ohm. Plan on upgrading subs and electrical in order to run this at 1 ohm. In the meantime i am thouroughly impressed with the 4ohm power. And the subs sound super clean. Pushing NVX 10s (2) the 500 watt ones. And it sounds very very good and clean deep bass. Again D4S and mr price did awesome. Thanks Mr Price! I tell all my friends about Down4sound

Got the jp13 on 2 8 inch dead game audios and they are hitting, and I don’t even have the amp turned up halfway, the subs are 400 rms apiece and they sound very good, this amp is a beast and can handle more then what it says, thanks JP for your product and standing behind what you put out…
