Your new Down4Sound product is covered by 1 limited warranty if purchased from Down4Sound or an authorized Down4Sound dealer. This warranty does not cover improper installation, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, improper wiring, operation of unit outside of listed specifications, or any product that has been modified or repaired by anyone other than Down4Sound. Your warranty covers defects in materials and/or workmanship ONLY and is not an insurance policy. The warranty only covers the original owner of the amplifier.
All warranty returns must be accompanied by the original sales invoice or receipt. You must contact us to request an RMA number prior to sending any returns via the RMA request form on our website. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your product back to us for warranty examination. If your product is covered under warranty, shipping back to you will be at no charge to you – if your product is replaced/repaired outside of warranty you must pay for return shipping and repair bill prior returning of the product or if no defect is found you are required to pay for return shipping only.
At the sole discretion of Down4Sound your product will be either repaired or replaced when it is being covered under warranty. In the event of shipping damage due to improper packaging on products being returned to Down4Sound the customer is liable for the cost of all damages, necessary repairs, or replacement. Be sure to properly pack your return!

Can’t wait to install!
Will update after installation, but so far this amp looks great! I just need to swap out my 4 gauge wire for 0 gauge and I’ll be bumping way harder than before.

Fan
I had a jp8 before this. On both amps the fan would get stuck and not spin at all almost half the time. They didn’t manage to overheat but it’s still worrying. Buying a jp33 and considering attaching a pc fan to the bottom of it so it doesn’t overheat.

I am really happy with my purchase. I just installed the amp to try it out on my two Memphis PRX1024. I think the amp is more than what they can take so I'm upgrading to some shallow 12s when I find the proper match for this impressive amplifier.

Great sound

Little Beast
Surpassed my expectations. Mounted vertical with 1/2" spacers on the back of the cab in my small truck, and zero heat issues. Powering a single DD 608F tuned at 32Hz, and it slams for what it is. Sounds good doing it too. The bass knob remote is nice with voltage and temp in both °C & °F. Amp has performed flawlessly, and given me zero problems. Only problem I've got is the lack of space to run more of these on more subs.

JP13 2018 Forester Black edition
What a unit an insane powerhouse. Paired with a sundown U12 at 1 omh this amp 9 o'clock gain will have every window and panel rattling. I did not expect so much power from a small amplifier. Definitely need to upgrade to an AGM or a second battery as it will drop two bolts with easy. Other then the fan sounding like a 2006 desktop I'm super happy!
