Designed to work directly inline with stock charging voltages (No voltage-boosting needed to achieve optimal results).

Can be paired with regular 12v / non-lithium batteries with no issues.

14.8v Maximum Charge voltage (DO NOT EXCEED THIS OR BATTERY DAMAGE / FAILURE COULD OCCUR).

DO NOT MOUNT UNDER THE HOOD UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES AS SEVERE DAMAGE / FAILURE COULD OCCUR.

Wattage Range - 3000-5000W (Depends largely on alternator input).

120-160A alternator - 3000w rating
240-270A alternator - 4000w rating
320-370A alternator - 5000w rating

CRAZY RECHARGE RATE (can take a High-Output alternator by itself with NO ISSUES).

Whether using the automotive post adapters, bolts or screws, the tightening torque should never exceed

6 ft-lbs MAX on any Down4Sound battery!

 

USE TERMINAL BLOCKS WHEN USING IN HIGH CURRENT APPLICATION

When connecting to this battery a solid, low resistance connection is suggested. Because of the high

output of this battery, excessive heat can develop on and around the terminals that can cause damage

to the battery housing. Do not apply an excessive load if using steel posts or other high resistance

materials to connect to this battery. 1/O gauge cable or larger is recommended for all connections

Warranty Information

Your new Down4Sound product is covered by 1 limited warranty if purchased from Down4Sound or an authorized Down4Sound dealer. This warranty does not cover improper installation, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, improper wiring, operation of unit outside of listed specifications, or any product that has been modified or repaired by anyone other than Down4Sound. Your warranty covers defects in materials and/or workmanship ONLY and is not an insurance policy. The warranty only covers the original owner of the amplifier.

All warranty returns must be accompanied by the original sales invoice or receipt. You must contact us to request an RMA number prior to sending any returns via the RMA request form on our website. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your product back to us for warranty examination. If your product is covered under warranty, shipping back to you will be at no charge to you – if your product is replaced/repaired outside of warranty you must pay for return shipping and repair bill prior returning of the product or if no defect is found you are required to pay for return shipping only.

At the sole discretion of Down4Sound your product will be either repaired or replaced when it is being covered under warranty. In the event of shipping damage due to improper packaging on products being returned to Down4Sound the customer is liable for the cost of all damages, necessary repairs, or replacement. Be sure to properly pack your return!

*  Extended additional warranty purchased on amplifiers take in affect from the date of purchase and must also be stated on orginal sales invoice or receipt.

    Insane upgrade! Only thing is the timing of buying these, they went on sale days after I bought :-( worth every penny for either (price) point, thanks JP!

    These batteries absolutely solved my voltage issues.. I have two 15s on 10,000 watts and 2000 watts going to my mids/highs. It was just powered off of a 320a alternator and a 110ah AGM. My voltage was dropping to about 11.8 at times. I added 2 of these LTO batteries with a battery isolator between them and the AGM and I rarely see my voltage drop below 13.9 and it stays around 14-14.2v 95% of the time. This was an awesome solution
