Warranty Information

Your new Down4Sound product is covered by 1 limited warranty if purchased from Down4Sound or an authorized Down4Sound dealer. This warranty does not cover improper installation, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, improper wiring, operation of unit outside of listed specifications, or any product that has been modified or repaired by anyone other than Down4Sound. Your warranty covers defects in materials and/or workmanship ONLY and is not an insurance policy. The warranty only covers the original owner of the amplifier.

All warranty returns must be accompanied by the original sales invoice or receipt. You must contact us to request an RMA number prior to sending any returns via the RMA request form on our website. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your product back to us for warranty examination. If your product is covered under warranty, shipping back to you will be at no charge to you – if your product is replaced/repaired outside of warranty you must pay for return shipping and repair bill prior returning of the product or if no defect is found you are required to pay for return shipping only.

At the sole discretion of Down4Sound your product will be either repaired or replaced when it is being covered under warranty. In the event of shipping damage due to improper packaging on products being returned to Down4Sound the customer is liable for the cost of all damages, necessary repairs, or replacement. Be sure to properly pack your return!

    Mini power house

    All great things about this amp. Huge power, tiny footprint, beautiful finish. Used in a 2way set up for a restored El Camino. 5.25" coaxials in the kick panels and a single 8 in a sealed enclosure in the smugglers hatch. Loud, clean, no noise, solid lows,passive output. Sounded just like a rock concert, exactly what we were looking for. A+++

    Powerful Mids & Highs

    Extremely powerful mids and highs, but has very good bass response also. This amp took my system to a level I never had before. At first I thought this amp was prone to hi-frequency noise causing sporadic clipping shut-offs, but after installing a ground loop isolator with ground strap to clean up my signal this amp never protects unexpectedly. Also there is no loss of sonic clarity or thin sound with this class D amp. Very well engineered and makes my door speakers smell warm. I am thoroughly impressed and this little amp and it has way more power than I was hoping for. Totally next level!

    Gets Loud

    This amp has plenty of gain and gets loud, but goes into protect mode too soon. Particularly when I play digital music or turn up the treble. My hearing rolls off at 12k Hz, but this amp senses the high frequency garbage I can't hear and thinks it's clipping and shuts off for 10 seconds abruptly. When I reconnect the 20yr old 65W + 65W amp I was trying to upgrade from, it plays just as loud and very clearly without ever shutting down. For $150 I am disappointed that this doesn't perform better or have a hi-pass filter that I could set to pass 18k Hz and below to cut out the digital music noise component shutting this amp down prematurely.

    I did not go wrong with this one gives great clean sound to my mids that are 80w rms so I gotta upgrade too much power for them
