Your new Down4Sound product is covered by 1 limited warranty if purchased from Down4Sound or an authorized Down4Sound dealer. This warranty does not cover improper installation, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, improper wiring, operation of unit outside of listed specifications, or any product that has been modified or repaired by anyone other than Down4Sound. Your warranty covers defects in materials and/or workmanship ONLY and is not an insurance policy. The warranty only covers the original owner of the amplifier.
All warranty returns must be accompanied by the original sales invoice or receipt. You must contact us to request an RMA number prior to sending any returns via the RMA request form on our website. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your product back to us for warranty examination. If your product is covered under warranty, shipping back to you will be at no charge to you – if your product is replaced/repaired outside of warranty you must pay for return shipping and repair bill prior returning of the product or if no defect is found you are required to pay for return shipping only.
At the sole discretion of Down4Sound your product will be either repaired or replaced when it is being covered under warranty. In the event of shipping damage due to improper packaging on products being returned to Down4Sound the customer is liable for the cost of all damages, necessary repairs, or replacement. Be sure to properly pack your return!

Flat pack
This was my first build ever! I have to say it is the best way to learn how to build a top notch box! I even added threaded inserts just because it is worth it. Thanks JP!

Flatpack double 15 kit
Overall worth every penny. For the price of wood and the time to make the cuts well worth it. Very clean and precise cuts. Did not find a bad cut both baffles were perfect. Only flaw is the wood itself. Some of the edges were chipped off but you can't expect perfection in shipping from NV to NC so overall bravo JP and d4s will definitely buy again!!

Excellent quality box
I just put this dual 15s box together and it was super fun and easy. I used 1 and 3/8 drywall screws and 2 inch drywall screws along with titebond 3 wood glue. Before I put the double baffle tip on I silicone the entire box at every seam so it will be completely sealed. I do highly recommend using drywall screws because they grip the wood super well. Don't use screws that have really fine threads. This was my first box build and it came out great. I highly recommend this box but do your homework and learn something first.

Really nice box
Opened up the shipping box and got all the pieces out and threw it together temporarily just to check it out and it looks awesome, sucks it didn’t come with a signature or any tshirt or even a back window sticker lol but love the box design

Came two top pieces and all the inside corner pieces also the hole are pre drilled even comes with a nice terminal and terminal screw's

Very happy with my box
Very easy to put together, it took a hour by myself. Do recommend pre drilling holes when you line up your corner to keep it from splitting. Besides that great bang for your buck
