Your new Down4Sound product is covered by 1 limited warranty if purchased from Down4Sound or an authorized Down4Sound dealer. This warranty does not cover improper installation, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, improper wiring, operation of unit outside of listed specifications, or any product that has been modified or repaired by anyone other than Down4Sound. Your warranty covers defects in materials and/or workmanship ONLY and is not an insurance policy. The warranty only covers the original owner of the amplifier.
All warranty returns must be accompanied by the original sales invoice or receipt. You must contact us to request an RMA number prior to sending any returns via the RMA request form on our website. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your product back to us for warranty examination. If your product is covered under warranty, shipping back to you will be at no charge to you – if your product is replaced/repaired outside of warranty you must pay for return shipping and repair bill prior to the return of the product or if no defect is found you are required to pay for return shipping only.
At the sole discretion of Down4Sound your product will be either repaired or replaced when it is being covered under warranty. In the event of shipping damage due to improper packaging on products being returned to Down4Sound the customer is liable for the cost of all damages, necessary repairs, or replacement. Be sure to properly pack your return!

Tcx 10" 2700w perfect monster!!
I will own 1 hopefully 2 of these beautiful monsters when I dont have to take care of everyone else. (not complaining)! With taking care of my Wonderful mother that has Dementia, and my amazing daughters 1st year in college, I work more then I dont! 65 -75 hrs a week just to pay for everything now. I just wo t ever have the funds for these. I have saved every penny to buy the down4sound amps that I have now ( jp63- 2 jp23v2s) sence the pandemic but have never been able to hook them up to any subs. There still in the boxes!! Every says how the other brand is the best in the game.. they definitely make nice car audio subs and amps. But DOWN 4 SOUNDS QUALITY, SERVICE, MATCHED WITH PRICE IS UNTOUCHABLE IN ANYWAY!! THIS IS FACT NOT OPINION. IF OR WHEN I HAVE THE TIME I WILL DO A 100% D4S BUILD MAYBE APPLY FOR SPONSORSHIP TO HELP WITH THE BUILD. ID TRAVEL AND COMPETE AND NO DOUGHT WIN COMPETITIONS!!! JOHNATHAN LOOK OUT FOR ME IN THE FUTURE IM COMING AND WANT TO DO A BUILD LIKE NOTHING BEFORE. I HAVE A 3 ROW SEATING 2014 FORD FLEX LIMITED .
