    JP95

I have been out of the car audio scene after the 2000's. Frequently, I would check out what was new, but I still found nothing to bring me back, anything that was quality built was too expensive to invest in. Not to mention, having an Extended Cab Z71, I really had no desire to take out the interior for what was on the market. When I became aware that Savard was back, I was unable to keep the bass in my blood under control. I ordered a subwoofer, Pro 8's and T1's and was back in. While searching for what brand amplifier to use, I would continue to browse, watch a review or two, but nothing caught my attention. I've been watching Williston Audio Labs on YouTube and noticed that a brand, Down 4 Sound, was hitting some impressive numbers, in power and efficiency. Still a bit skeptical, it was the JP8 review that grabbed my attention. The board layout was awesome, the catchy phrase on the board, build quality, and the plexiglass bottom, this is the real deal. My thoughts - no one is going to put their name on an amplifier line if they aren't serious. I was set to go with a multi amp set up, but right around the time interior work was finished the JP95, dropped. I was sold, one amplifier to rule them all.....5 channels, 1200 watts for my subwoofer, and the ease of installation, I was sold. And it wasn't going to separate me from my wallet, put that Lady in Red in the shopping cart already. Even though the amp was not in inventory, my thoughts, I've waited this long, another month or 2, is not going to hurt. Once installed, powered by the candy thrown in the box, I was up and running. And I haven't had one regret. and I have leaned on this amplifier hard. Hours at a time on road trips, temp stays in check, sound quality, and the awesome remote, ANY D4S product is money that is well spent. Thank you everyone at Down 4 Sound, windows down and bass up!!!!

    Outstanding for the price

I bought this amp to push my door speakers and subs in one package and it does the job very well. My last new purchase was almost 30 years ago for a ppi a600 and the cost vs rms power was really expensive. This jp 95 blows my mind on how much power you get for the money. The quality is outstanding and I will definitely recommend these d4s amps. I already have plans for my other car and my friends car and I will only buy this brand. To everyone that reads this you can’t go wrong buying the down4sound amps. But I will say this do the big 3 upgrade and alternator if possible to get everything you can to your battery. These amps are not like some that say 2000 watts and you actually get 300 rms and your car doesn’t really struggle to supply power to it. These d4s amps run at a higher rms than listed seriously they do. I have the big 3 kit to install and will be doing a alternator upgrade soon because my factory charge system isn’t really enough to get the most out of this amp. On my factory charge system I can drive my components pretty hard with no issues but soon as I crank the subs up and volume up beyond 3/4 my voltage drops from 14.5 to below 12 in about 2 or 3 bass hits. So on the normal daily driving and wanting good clarity sound and little bit loud I have no problem but to shake the car beside my I’m gonna need some more juice.

    D4S JP95

If you’re looking for a one and done Amp , this is the one!! My only gripe with the Amp is I wish the clipping led was on the same side as the adjustment controls , just personal preference. The JP8 I have has indicators on same side as adjustments , again personal preferences here. Quality Amps for sure!!

    Really impressive!

Haven’t been into car audio in over 20 years. Recently got back into it and after a ton of reading and debating I decided to finally pull the trigger on the JP95 and am glad I did. First, it’s a killer looking amp in person, looks didn’t have much influence on my purchase, but when I opened the box I was impressed right away by the fit and finish. Second, this thing gets down power and sound quality wise. Third, this is my first amp with a clip light so I hooked up my o-scope to compare and it’s pretty much spot on making setup a breeze. Really impressed so far, if it proves to be reliable and holds up I can’t imagine there’s a better deal for the money. Would and will be recommending to anyone who asks at shows.
