Shipping Policy

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

  • Shipping from the warehouse after you place your order is same day in most cases but if its the holidays or a seasonal rush in most cases its  1 to 3 days, if anything is to come up we will notify you via email or call you.
  • Packages usually arrive in 3 to 7 days, depending on the service, if anything is to happen and your product is shipped contact the service ( ups, or usps first) we cant act as you when an item is shipped to you. 

  • Shipping is FREE over $100.00 in the Continental US. International shipping is calculated by zonos a 3rd party international shipping partner. If there is any issue or exclusions to your purchase. We will reachout to you and let you know.  


When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. 

  • IF YOU FEEL YOU LIVE IN AN "UNSAFE OR BAD AREA" WHERE A PACKAGE COULD BE STOLEN PLEASE HAVE IT SHIPPED TO A SAFER ADDRESS FOR EXAMPLE YOUR WORKS ADDRESS. ONCE WE HAVE SHIPPED THE PACKAGE AND IT HAS BEEN SCANNED DELIVERED AT YOUR ADDRESS, IT IS THEN A PART OF YOUR HOME / HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE. So please be diligent in this process to ensure your packages make it to you safely. We also have no problem offering signature for delivery IF REQUESTED. If you would like for your packages to have to be signed for please put it in your order notes when ordering.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

We’ve partnered with Route—a package protection and tracking solution—to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. Route provides low-cost shipping protection to protect your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.

Route is also a mobile app that allows you to visually track all of your online orders in one place. No need to dig through your email for tracking numbers. Route’s dynamic maps and real-time shipping updates keep you in the loop throughout every part of your delivery. The Route app is available on Android and Apple app stores.

Refund/Return Policy

Original sales receipt must accompany returns with return ID clearly on outside. We accept Down4Sound products returns for exchange or refund for unopened/not used product(s) within 1 month upon receiving order. There is a 15% restocking fee that will need to be collected for ALL returns. The customer is required to get in touch with Down4Sound Customer service staff by submitting a request by the contact us page or phone prior to creating RMA Return. 

At our sole discretion after 1 month, we do not accept Down4Sound product returns unless it has defects in the original manufacturing of your purchased product(s).

Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

  • without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
  • within 1 month of the delivery date (after 1 month no returns are allowed)
  • must not be a special order or a custom order. (eg. vehicle alternators, custom subwoofers,subwoofer boxes)
  • unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 1 month noted in that item's particular item description.

If an item is received damaged and customer has Route protection, customers is required to file a claim with Route's team. 

If items that are defects in materials and/or workmanship ONLY and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. It is customers responsibility to contact us within 1 month if you intend to return ANY item back to our store.

Items returned to us AFTER 1 Month and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.

  • Electronic(digital media) IS NON REFUNDABLE. 
  • Special Orders or Custom Order (eg. vehicle alternators, custom subwoofers,subwoofer boxes) IS NON REFUNDABLE. 

 

DOWN4SOUND PRODUCT WARRANTY

Down4Sound products are covered by 1 Year limited warranty if purchased from Down4Sound or an authorized Down4Sound dealer.

This warranty does not cover improper installation, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, improper wiring, operation of unit outside of listed specifications, or any product that has been modified or repaired by anyone other than Down4Sound. Your warranty covers defects in materials and/or workmanship ONLY and is not an insurance policy. The warranty only covers the original owner of the amplifier.

All warranty returns must be accompanied by the original sales invoice or receipt. The customer is required to get in touch with Down4Sound Customer service staff by either Contact us then submit request or phone prior to creating RMA Return. 

Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping product back to us for warranty examination.

  • If your product is covered under warranty, we'll shipping back to you will be at no charge to you 
  • If your product is replaced/repaired outside of warranty customer must pay for return shipping and repair bill prior to the returning of the product or if no defect is found you are required to pay for return shipping only.

At the sole discretion of Down4Sound your product will be either repaired or replaced when it is being covered under warranty. In the event of shipping damage due to improper packaging on products being returned to Down4Sound the customer is liable for the cost of all damages, necessary repairs, or replacement. Be sure to properly pack your return!

*  Extended additional warranty purchased on amplifiers take in affect from the date of purchase and must also be stated on orginal sales invoice or receipt.

Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order you must inform us by submitting a request with the issue being Billing/Order Issue and placing in Subject heading of “Order Cancellation”. Please include your Order ID number in the description. If we receive your order cancellation instruction before we have placed your order in "Shipped" or "Partly Shipped" status, you shall be entitled to a full refund of the total order price minus the transaction fee we have incurred when we processed your payment. This transaction fee is typically around 3% of the total order price, though this figure is subject to change without notice and we cannot guarantee what this figure will be prior to receiving any individual order. The refund payment will be made in accordance with the Refunds section below. If we receive your order cancellation before we have placed your order in "Shipped" or "Partly Shipped" status, then you may no longer cancel your order. However, you are entitled to return the goods to us in accordance with the Returns section above


You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
