Sundown Audio - Single SA Classic Series 12 inch Ported Subwoofer Bass Package 1000W

Read about 1250 watts coming off the 5th channel on my JP95 with no clipping, it slams this woofer. Had to re-glue my rearview mirror within 30 seconds of giving it RMS for the first time. This box is amazing quality, love the threaded inserts as I have probably reassembled it about 5 times.The 8 awg will not fit in the woofer terminals without some good trimming. Overall badass combo especially with the JP95, although I am sure the woofer could take a little more.

Does the box and sub come separately? I received the sub today but no box

Shakes my whole entire car with super clean bass if you wanna actually feel the bass get one of these paired with the jp8 you won’t be disappointed.

I am really impressed with this package! Got it running off 1000rms sub channel on my Sundown 1800 5 channel amp and it gets after it! Kinda feels like it could handle a little more power, but all in all hits lows very nicely. Highly recommended. The profab is A1 too.

Received mine yesterday and I already have it hooked up pretty happy with the sub and box. The shop near me was going to charge me $600 for a box and the same sub I'm glad I looked around first.

This is just down right crazy good, digs super low and gets loud! Only reason I would build my own box now is if I had space requirements these are that good.

For a prefab the box is nice and grippy so it doesnt slide around in the trunk without being securely mounted. It is heavy duty. One draw back is the smell. I might suggest leaving the box somewhere it can gas out or something because the coating has an odd smell to it that goes away after a while. The sub is over built for this power rating. I have it hooked up to a jp8 and it hits really hard for a single sub. So much so, its got me debating downsizing to a single sub for more space in my other hatch or double up for more thump. It really comes down to the electrical setup i decide. One draw back about this kit is that it was sent with 8 awg speaker terminals and the speaker and box only accepts 12awg. Other than that i would order again and i recomend this kit to everyone looking for good bass and not looking to sacrifice their entire trunk.

Absolutely love it! Enclosure is solid and really good looking, SA classic definitely bangs! Currently powering with a Pioneer GM-DX 871 (800w @1 ohm) but the sub seems to want more. Thinking of bumping up to something with 1000 wrms (which I will purchase from D4S!). Haven't had to deal with customer service yet, since I had no issues & my stuff shipped and arrived promptly! Speaker wire is to big and it was hard to solder the wire to the terminal because I didn't have spade conneters
