XS Power xMAX90-DIY | 16,000w - 20000w

To be honest, I did not have high expectations of the XMax90, after reading comments criticizing the battery, from individuals that didn’t have experience with the Xmax90, but repeated “I can build a 90AH battery for two hundred dollars, the XMax90 is overpriced”. I assumed these individuals are likely the same ones that will wire up their brand new “Fideen Kay” amplifier with 30 feet of 16awg lamp cord (3 runs of course) and a 10ft. ground wire secured to the plastic tail light housing, drilling a screw through the wire, non terminated end, only to then take to social media about how that fideen kay is a garbage amp, and insist their power acoustik Razor2500.1D pushed their 6X9s so hard the windshield exploded. That said, the Xmax 90 is great. Granted, it’s capable of carrying MUCH more than I ask of it, but, if I choose to one day upgrade my amplifiers, I can confidently do so. The XMax90 runs 2 Orion HCCA splx 3000.1Ds that power 4 12” subwoofers that are dual 4s, so both amps are @ 1ohm. The amplifiers are not strapped, the are independent of one another. I use a NVX isolator to keep the Xmax90 seperate from the AGM starter battery under the hood, and the Xmax90 performs flawlessly. I purchased a XS Power 8A charger from XS Power, due to D4S being sold out of that particular charger at the time of my order. I would recommend this battery for anyone wanting to feed power hungry equipment. Who knows… it may even power one of those Razor 2500 amps ([••])

Item came slightly damaged on the bottom. Luckily it was only a surface dent. Nothing that couldn't be bent back. 13.1 resting voltage. Charging with the XS Li1215 right now. The transaction was easy. Took a little bit to get here but no big deal. I love the design of it. It allows for expansion and tons of working options. I can wait to throw this in soon. I will update this when my new box gets in and I throw in my two DD Audio 2508G's D2 and the Sundown Nightshade 10" Nv6 D2. So far I'm pleasantly surprised with it.

I have it running 2 fosgate 4 channels until i can upgrade to JPs. It is also running my JP93 pushing 4 Sundown XV3 15s and fed by 2 Mech,an 400s It is being helped along with 2 limitless 45ah that i will be removing so i may add another Max 90. Holds well at 14.7 Great buy and worth every cent. Thanks

I loved the first one so much i bought a second one.. With two Xs 500 farad superbanks and a Mechman 370 my four Dc 15s and two Jp43s is breakin shidd on my truck ????

I have a mechman 400 and less than 5k on it for now voltage is strong but the real test is in the mail right now by that I mean 1 of 2 jp 53s so we will see soon!!!
