Your new Down4Sound product is covered by 1 limited warranty if purchased from Down4Sound or an authorized Down4Sound dealer. This warranty does not cover improper installation, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, improper wiring, operation of unit outside of listed specifications, or any product that has been modified or repaired by anyone other than Down4Sound. Your warranty covers defects in materials and/or workmanship ONLY and is not an insurance policy. The warranty only covers the original owner of the amplifier.
All warranty returns must be accompanied by the original sales invoice or receipt. You must contact us to request an RMA number prior to sending any returns via the RMA request form on our website. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your product back to us for warranty examination. If your product is covered under warranty, shipping back to you will be at no charge to you – if your product is replaced/repaired outside of warranty you must pay for return shipping and repair bill prior returning of the product or if no defect is found you are required to pay for return shipping only.
At the sole discretion of Down4Sound your product will be either repaired or replaced when it is being covered under warranty. In the event of shipping damage due to improper packaging on products being returned to Down4Sound the customer is liable for the cost of all damages, necessary repairs, or replacement. Be sure to properly pack your return!

i gave it a 4 star because the bass knob is not good, hard to connect to amp and instructions on manual are difficult to understand

Amp works great, wish I could say the same for the bass knob, it was dead out of the box. Customer Service hasn't been what I'd call great either, but we'll see . Amp would be fantastic is everything worked!!

I purchased 2 of these jp43 and they are monsters I have the 2 set up on six ddx 12s at . 67 and the bring it I love it they were budget friendly they financing process was simple to get what and now I have a third jp43 that I plan on using the sundown SA classics on great amp guys

The only line of amps you need!
I’m full tilt and it took me a bit to feel comfortable even getting close to clipping because I’m scared for my VXFs I’m wired down to .5 so they’re definitely getting down! Don’t see a reason to skip out on any other line of amps!

It is a good amp one of the most powered amps I have owned to date, it is powering 4 sa v2 15” moves them with no problem at 0.5ohm Only thing is the Bluetooth bass knob shows paired but doesn’t do anything besides that recommended amp.

Truly love this amp but for some reason the BT bass nob isn’t connecting I’m not sure if it’s user’s error but it is pretty inconvenient over all great product and would recommend to everyone

Haven't installed it yet,but I can say it is the most beautiful amp I've ever owned . It was a big deal for me to purchase this amp it's the most expensive amp I've ever owned. It's built so well.love the old school looks it reminds me of competition amps i drooled over in the 90s.I'd like to thank jp for offering such a powerful amp at this price point,and bigdwiz for his dyno videos . I can't wait to fire it up ..
