Recommended subwoofers for example are any more budget type of subs such as any Sundown audio subwoofer up to the U series.DO NOT USE THIS BOX FOR ANY BIGGER SUB THAN THAT SUCH AS THE X SERIES, ZV5 SERIES AND UP. IT WILL BREAK THE BOX. Anything above that in size and you would want to purchase one of our custom one off (hand built to order) subwoofer boxes.

Your new Down4Sound product is covered by 1 limited warranty if purchased from Down4Sound or an authorized Down4Sound dealer. This warranty does not cover improper installation, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, improper wiring, operation of unit outside of listed specifications, or any product that has been modified or repaired by anyone other than Down4Sound. Your warranty covers defects in materials and/or workmanship ONLY and is not an insurance policy. The warranty only covers the original owner of the amplifier.
All warranty returns must be accompanied by the original sales invoice or receipt. You must contact us to request an RMA number prior to sending any returns via the RMA request form on our website. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your product back to us for warranty examination. If your product is covered under warranty, shipping back to you will be at no charge to you – if your product is replaced/repaired outside of warranty you must pay for return shipping and repair bill prior returning of the product or if no defect is found you are required to pay for return shipping only.
At the sole discretion of Down4Sound your product will be either repaired or replaced when it is being covered under warranty. In the event of shipping damage due to improper packaging on products being returned to Down4Sound the customer is liable for the cost of all damages, necessary repairs, or replacement. Be sure to properly pack your return!

Box is not wired!
The box looks to be of good quality and I'm sure will sound good. However, it is not pre-wired from the terminal cup, which was not expected. I'm not sure why you would not pre-wire a pre-fab box. I'm trying to figure out how to wire the thing. I called D4S and the person on the phone had no guidance for how it should be wired. After a few minutes they came back with, "yeah, you should probably solder it". Great, thanks. Now I need to buy something else to wire my pre-fab box. Please be more clear in your product description when your clear competition is other pre-fab boxes that are wired already!

Best prefab box out there
Build quality is awesome. Perfect size. Put in trunk of my 2020 Ford Fusion and left me with plenty of extra room in the trunk for work stuff and groceries. Great job D4S on these pro fab boxes.

I still gave this box 5 stars and sounds killer but just wish I knew 4 days later they came out that they were coming out with new design box , lol.

Outstanding Subwoofer Enclosure
I purchased this box to stuff a 12" Deaf Bonce Avatar STU-1246 D1 sub into. I love the threaded inserts. The mounting holes lined up perfectly and the cut-out diameter was spot on. I also really appreciate the interior corner reinforcements. I know I'm pushing the maximum capabilities of this box with a 3,000 watt subwoofer ...but such is the the life of a basshead. If I break the box, I'll buy another. Get you one!

Quality Built Box
Love the box designs and love that it is tuned lower then most pre-fab boxes and is a great looking box . I put a Sundown U series sub in and sounds killer for a sound quality mix . I just wish I would of known they were coming out with the new design box three days after I bought this one for the same price .

Great Prefab box
I have a Skar Audio VXF running off of 2300watts . Seams sturdy but time will tell, sounds better and hits lows better than my Skar prefab box. Some slight port noise but otherwise great box
