The first used amp I bought.

Posted by Sean on Nov 16, 2024

I was a little worried about spending this much on a used amp with no warranty. But after getting it & hooking it up. Then running it at .3ohms for the first 8months without issue. I new I made the right choice. This thing can really put out some power. Just know if you're going to run it at under 1ohm. You should definitely have a fan for it. As like with any amp, it's going to get hot at that ohm load. Not that I've seen it over 130°f. But I don't like my amps being over 120°f. But I turn my fans on & it will lose 10 degrees in less then 10mins. Also something to keep in mind. Don't keep the bass knob plugged into constant power. Because if you hit the power button on the bass knob. It will turn on the amp & if you're going in for the night. That could be a bad morning. If you come out & your battery is dead. Especially if you have lithium bank, like most bassheads do these days. I don't regret buying a used amp one bit. I have one used & one new now. Strapped I've clamped just under 14k starting at 15.5v. These amps are amazing!
