Your new Down4Sound product is covered by 1 limited warranty if purchased from Down4Sound or an authorized Down4Sound dealer. This warranty does not cover improper installation, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, improper wiring, operation of unit outside of listed specifications, or any product that has been modified or repaired by anyone other than Down4Sound. Your warranty covers defects in materials and/or workmanship ONLY and is not an insurance policy. The warranty only covers the original owner of the amplifier.
All warranty returns must be accompanied by the original sales invoice or receipt. You must contact us to request an RMA number prior to sending any returns via the RMA request form on our website. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your product back to us for warranty examination. If your product is covered under warranty, shipping back to you will be at no charge to you – if your product is replaced/repaired outside of warranty you must pay for return shipping and repair bill prior returning of the product or if no defect is found you are required to pay for return shipping only.
At the sole discretion of Down4Sound your product will be either repaired or replaced when it is being covered under warranty. In the event of shipping damage due to improper packaging on products being returned to Down4Sound the customer is liable for the cost of all damages, necessary repairs, or replacement. Damn!! Savage!
Legit, running 2ohm on 2 DB Machete 15's. SLAMS!! Remote is awesome. Think I need to connect to switch power for remote (amp starts maxed if I don't get to the remote in time) Clip indicator is awesome, probably why my subs are still alive. Great sound , looking forward to testing all the subs I have gathered. Glad I pulled the trigger. Skeptic no more!

Excellent
I have one installed on a massive audio hippo xl122r at 1 ohm. This amp is putting out way more than the conservative rating. I have a 320 amp alternator with two xs power d3400 batteries and properly adjusted it vibrates the car. My only complaint is the setting of the base knob. It resets to 0 every time the amp powers up. So it you’re running around town doing errands you always have to readjust the bass. Other than that best amplifier I’ve ever purchased.

I hadn't hooked the amp up yet, but shipping was fast and there were bunches of goodies inside along with the amp. I won't buy from anywhere else.

And you folks wonder way JP call this amp BATTLESHIP GAME OVER and the fact a person do not have go down to .5 ohms its there but no need to. Thank you JP been watching you since your first work truck with that sundown audio z 12 long long time ago Just 1 sub do damage with the big 3 and just one XS POWER BATT UNDER THE HOOD. BIG TIME FAN OF OURS.

This amp is a tank. Just hooked it up tonight but didn't get to play around too much with it cuz so late. Neighbor call cops on me. But on my way to work I will be jamming. Can't wait to see how it pushes my 2 DC Audio Level 4 12 inch subs. Wired at 1 ohm.
